Here is what you do to get yourself and others certified:
This Class is for the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
First Step: Look at the Classes Dates and Registration Tab
Second Step: Fill in the fields on the Classes and Registration page.
Third Step: Dave will call you, or you can just call/email him
Fourth Step: Click on the tab called PAY FOR YOUR CLASS HERE and process your card
Fifth Step: You will meet at the assigned and discussed class(s) and take the exam at the completion of training class.
The Class: Dave will instruct using Power Points, Videos, and Visual Aids. We take a quick break each hour and a lunch break. At the end of the class Dave will proctor your exam. The certification is good for 5 years. Some localities have to retest every 3 years.
