Fee Schedule:
Classes are limited to 35 seats so early registration is crucial. Fees include all the Study Materials, Practice Questions, Class Setting, Exam and Shipping. Upon Registration you will receive your STUDY MATERIAL that will set you up for success. Register for a class by clicking on the Class Dates & Registration tab.
We accept all major Credit Credit and Debit Cards.
Cancellation Policy: A 15 business day notice is required to cancel a class to receive a refund.
Rescheduling Policy: You are more than welcome to contact us to reschedule your class if needed, with no change fee.
Class & Exam Setting (1-3 students ): $198.00 per person
Class & Exam Setting (4-6 students): $169.00 per person
Class & Exam Setting (7-9 students): $149.00 per person
Class & Exam Setting (10-15 students): $129.00 person
Groups Class/Exam with (16-19) Fees: $109.00 person
Groups Class/Exam with (20 or more students) Fees: $104.00 per person
Other special requests:
*Private One on One Class with Exam is available. The cost is approximately $358.00. Dave will give you the exact cost.
*If you just need the exam without the class then just contact Dave for the rate
*Staff Food Safety Training/Consulting(no exam) (4-40 people) Fees: $525.00 per day (6hr)
