David Robinson is a certified ServSafe® Instructor and Proctor teaching the Certified Food Protection Manager Course. David has been in the Food Service Business and Education for 25 years. He understands all the mental and physical aspects of running a safe operation. Working with operators schedules and time lines is much understood. His knowledge of Restaurant Operations, HACCP Design, and Health Care Dietary Teams is well versed. Fast Service, Full Service, Catering, Dietary Teams with Traylines or Pantry Service/Households he really does understand it all. The passion he carries is the application of the information he teaches. There are lots of areas in life that we can make a better world, David concentrates on preventing Food Borne Illness' and teaching you to do the same. David travels all over Central and Eastern United States teaching and training people to handle food safely. He is a very exciting Instructor which causes his students to engage in class.
